This Privacy Policy explains how QIDIAN ET handles information when organizations and their authorized users use the workforce management service.

Information we process

Depending on the features enabled by an organization, QIDIAN ET may process business account information, employee profile information, organization and warehouse assignments, work schedules, attendance and time records, leave or rest status, device and application diagnostics, and other information submitted by authorized users.

How information is used

• Provide account access and workforce management features.
• Manage employee records, schedules, attendance, and work-hour information.
• Maintain security, permissions, reliability, and service integrity.
• Respond to support requests and investigate technical issues.
• Meet applicable legal, payroll, employment-record, accounting, or compliance obligations where required.

Business and organization data

QIDIAN ET is designed for organization-managed workforce operations. An organization may control the employee records, permissions, schedules, and attendance information associated with its account. Users should contact their organization administrator regarding corrections to organization-managed records.

Sharing and disclosure

Information is not sold for advertising purposes. Information may be shared with service providers that support hosting, security, communications, diagnostics, billing, or other operational functions, and may be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect users, the service, or legal rights.

Data retention

Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service and to satisfy applicable business, payroll, employment-record, accounting, security, dispute-resolution, and legal requirements. Retention periods may vary based on the organization and the type of record.

Account deletion and data requests

Signed-in users can initiate permanent deletion of their QIDIAN ET login account from the in-app Account & Privacy controls. Deleting an account signs the user out, disables the login identity, revokes active sessions and device push registrations, and removes account-to-workforce access links.

Organization-managed scheduling, attendance, payroll, employment, accounting, security, audit, or compliance records may be retained where the organization has a legitimate business need or where retention is required or permitted by law. Deleting a personal login account does not automatically erase records that belong to or are controlled by the user's employer or organization.

Security

QIDIAN ET uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

Children

QIDIAN ET is a business workforce management service and is not intended for children.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
