Delete your account in the app

Signed-in users can permanently delete their QIDIAN ET login account from Account & Privacy → Delete Account. The user must type DELETE and confirm the action.

Request deletion if you cannot sign in

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by email: qidianet@gmail.com.

Please send the request from, or include, the email address associated with your QIDIAN ET account so we can verify the account before processing the deletion request.

Only provide the account email and your deletion request. Do not send authentication credentials, one-time security codes, Social Security numbers, or identity documents.

What account deletion removes

• Login account identity and its login email association
• Active sessions
• Push notification device registrations
• Account-to-workforce access relationships

Records that may be retained

Organization-managed records may be retained for legitimate business, employment, payroll, accounting, security, audit, dispute-resolution, or legal compliance needs:

• Employment records
• Schedules
• Attendance and time records
• Payroll / accounting records
• Audit / security / compliance records

Deleting the QIDIAN ET login account does not automatically erase records controlled by the user's employer or organization.

Retention periods vary depending on the record type, the organization's legitimate business needs, and applicable legal or compliance requirements. Records are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.
